10The goal of an Outsourcing Delivery Associate Manager is to oversee Trade Settlement, Agent Services, and WSO Web’s analyst and the management of the client relationships across all products. He or She will need to provide excellent customer service across all products and services to our growing client base while managing all client’s escalations daily. He or She must be able to prioritize the team’s daily task while adhering to strict deadlines and targets given by senior management. This person will be the direct contact on all escalations for their team. They will need to be proactive in resolving escalated issues in a timely manner. The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks.
Responsibilities and Impact
Help source, recruit and retain top talent
Have advanced knowledge of the syndicated loan market
Manage a team strategy around a set focus of clients who utilize the WSO Web outsourcing solution
Team size: 5-7 Individual Contributors
Manage performance feedback of each team member through coaching/training by way of quarterly assessments, frequent one-on-one conversations and shared client interaction
Responsible for client task management as it relates to daily deliverables, product improvements, the strategic roadmap for your clients, and the prioritization of these expectations
Work closely with the analyst on training and help them with the more intricate task.
Communicate proactively and effectively with clients
Coordination with legal counsel and follow up, when needed, for distressed trades and participations
Ensure the team meets and/or exceeds internal metrics
Report client metrics and trends on a monthly basis
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $63,000 to $111,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Education and experience
BA or BS or equal work experience
8 to 10 years of Financial operations experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Commercial awareness
Knowledge of par and distressed loans and the documentation
Knowledge of trade fee calculations
Ability to read and interpret credit agreements
Experience with daily loan transactions
Exposure to ClearPar/TSI/Markit WSO systems a plus
Management requirements
Help the analyst with their daily workflow and time management
2-4 years of tangible experience managing a team of individual contributors in the financial services industry.
