Because we have some of the most talented people in the world.We are searching for a Team Lead - Rehab Operations who will perform diversified operational functions and other related duties both within and in support of the organization's Rehab Department. Provide supervision for multiple locations with direction of assigned personnel including scheduling and the completion of assigned employee performance evaluations. Duties require supervision of 15-20 personnel. Multi-site responsibility of 10 locations.

• Hours: 40hrs (full time)
• Shift: Day Shift; 8am - 4:30pm
• Location: Brain and Spine Center - Dartmouth, MA

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent education and experience required.
• Over five years up to and including seven years of related experience is required.
• A medical billing and 3rd party billing background or experience is required.
• Working knowledge of computer software programs such as Word, Excel, and Internet.
• CPR certification required.
