NDT/NDE Inspector - Entry-Level

Your Day-to-Day:

As an NDT/NDE Inspector, you will be essential in maintaining the safety and integrity of our construction projects. This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to dive into the field of non-destructive testing and evaluation.

• Perform non-destructive tests and evaluations on various construction materials and structures.
• Use advanced technology and equipment to detect defects, flaws, or irregularities.
• Work closely with our experienced engineering team to accurately interpret and report findings.
• Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and conduct testing assignments, maintain testing equipment, and prepare reports.
• Engage in fieldwork, including safely climbing steel structures such as buildings, cell phone towers, and water tanks, up to heights exceeding 200 feet.

What You Bring:

• A High School Diploma/GED
• 0-2 years of metals testing experience; or you have an Associate's degree or NDE certification
• Willing and able to travel out of town for short periods
• Ability to climb heights in excess of 200 feet
• Experience in the use of fall protection equipment and personal fall arrest systems, a plus
• Willing and able to work 50 hour work weeks (during periods of peak workload), including off-shift and weekend work, as needed
