Job Summary

The General Laborer provides support for the Apple Inspection and Bottling Lines by performing general duties under the supervision of Crew Leaders or Supervisors.

Must be able to work various shifts as required by the Company. Examples of possible shifts include but are not limited to:

08:00 am to 04:00 pm 04:00 pm to Midnight Midnight to 08:00 am

Employees may be required to change shifts on a weekly basis and may be required to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Essential Job Functions

• Have good communication skills and be able to understand basic instructions in English;
• Be able to understand and follow general Sanitation and Hygiene Procedures;
• Be able to follow simple directions;
• Be able to stand for long periods of time;
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs. at one time throughout a regular work shift;
• Be able to understand and follow safety procedures;
• Be able to work in a safe manner.

Job Qualifications 

• Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Ability to work all shifts.
• Must meet employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
