As the Data Strategy Program Manager, you will be responsible for generating and driving project plans, ensuring successful execution of data-driven initiatives, and optimizing data management processes.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging your strong leadership skills to motivate team members and drive results.
Produce timely and accurate status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement data governance and management practices, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
Develop and implement new processes and frameworks to optimize data management and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) required; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex data-driven initiatives on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Demonstrated expertise in data governance and management principles, with a deep understanding of data quality, integrity, and security.
