Stand Together Foundation (STF) educates, advocates, and empowers our non-profit partner organizations (Catalysts) to change the world. We manage the programs and relationships with Catalyst Partners, finding the right opportunities to make connections and advance their businesses through grants, programming, and collaboration. Our place-based initiative, Radius, is focused on strengthening the social fabric in communities.
As the Operations Manager for Radius at Stand Together Foundation, you'll be involved in ensuring every step of the project connects back to our STF vision, has the right buy-in from stakeholders, and then you make it happen. With this shared vision, you're able to execute a project through checkpoints and across the finish line.
Some examples of projects you'll help lead include identifying innovative entrepreneurial solutions to common barriers that impact local communities, such as access to credit, alleviating food insecurity, access to healthcare, transportation solutions, affordable housing solutions and more.
Your Responsibilities Include
    • Driving follow-up and deliverables from site visits in communities and partner meetings.
    • Facilitating city-movement workstreams with and alongside in-market partners and teams.
    • Creating processes that allow for prompt and transparent knowledge sharing and progress reports between partners, in-market teams, and initiative team.
    • Partnering with internal operations teams such as accounting, legal, and finance to establish best practices and processes.
    • Managing the lifecycle of Radius partnerships by ensuring accuracy of contracts, payments, etc.
    • Tracking partnerships and projects using data management and customer management tools, such as Salesforce and Sharepoint
    • Leading project sprints to adapt existing knowledge systems to meet needs of Radius.
    • Daily partnership and operations support including facilitation and documentation of approvals processes, processing grant and vendor payments, and assisting with strategic planning and reporting deliverables.
    • Representing Radius and Stand Together Foundation in internal meetings.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
    • 5 years of experience working in economically disadvantaged areas and with local leaders, to advance or achieve community goals.
    • Knowledge of key cultural and social influences within specific communities.
    • Strong relationship management aptitudesas well as relationship cultivation skills and high emotional intelligence.
    • Highly flexible approach to project management, operations management or relationship management.
    • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with bias toward action.
    • Experience coordinating or managing programs and projects in place-based, community-centric environments.
    • Ability to travel at least 50%
