Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Cleaning Account Supervisor to join our team. The Cleaning Account Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of cleaning accounts, ensuring that residential and commercial properties are cleaned to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities at assigned residential and commercial properties.

• Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and maintained.

• Schedule and assign cleaning tasks based on property needs and client requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including staff hours and client feedback.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential and commercial cleaning operations.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.06 - $22.95 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
