S&K Building Services is expanding our team across the nation and looking for a Soft Wash and Pressure Cleaning Technician! As a Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting our client base using pressure / soft washing equipment.

Beyond that, if you’re looking for advancement opportunities, we love to train and promote from within!

This position will support Clean and Green Soft Wash Solutions , an S&K acquired company.

What You'll Do

• Effectively pressure / soft wash surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning tools.
• Safely operate pressure / soft washing equipment.
• Communicate with site contact before, during, and after completion of work, and retrieve customer endorsement on work order.
• Transport and set-up pressure washing equipment and / or water-fed poles to clean windows, as necessary, and complete subsequent breakdown of equipment.
• Effectively clean up after each job to ensure there is no residue or dirt left behind.
• Ensure that the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies.
• Attend weekly safety meetings.

Who You Are

• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• You have reliable transportation to / from work and job sites.
• You have a clean-cut appearance and can adhere to our dress code.
• You are able to lift up to 60lbs.
• You can scale and utilize ladders from 5ft to 40ft in height (safety training provided).
• You can work both indoors and outdoors during variable weather conditions.
• You adhere to high ethical standards.
• You work well in a team environment.
• You are professional with interpersonal and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• You have 1 year(s) of relative experience operating pressure / soft washing equipment.
• You are bilingual (English & Spanish).
