Ⅳ. Monthly Salary: $:5800-$:6000/month
- Sample Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM -18:30 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM -12:30 PM).

Ⅵ*. *Job Duties:
- Assist in coordinating on-site engineering projects;
- Ensure construction activities to comply with safety regulations;
- Provide timely response for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance requests from tenants;
- Responsible for planning and follow-up communication to ensure quality control throughout the projects.
- Responsible for the progress of the construction site. Provide cross-department communication and coordination.
Ⅶ*. *Requirements:
- Good reading, writing and speaking skills in both English and Chinese are preferred.
- Relevant field management experience and similar coordinating and managing experiences in large construction projects are preferred.
- Familiar with engineering drawings and construction equipment assembly.
- Have a strong interest in on-site supervision.
- Team player, highly professional and have a good sense of safety awareness in warehouse.
- Good work ethics. Strong on-site communication and coordination skills.
- Effective in quality control and progress monitoring. Good problem-solving skills in construction process.
