**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Backhoe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders, dump trucks, tankers, graders, and water trucks. Mechanical knowledge and commercial driving experience are highly desirable for this role. **Duties:** - Operate backhoes and other heavy equipment efficiently and safely - Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and other tasks as required - Maintain and inspect equipment regularly for optimal performance - Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times - Assist in construction projects by digging trenches, building structures, and bulldozing areas **Experience:** - Proven experience in operating backhoes and related heavy equipment - Familiarity with loader operation, grader operation, water truck operation, and dump truck operation - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment - Commercial driving experience is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
