POPEYES CREW LEADER SUMMARY:

Our Crew Leaders are key ingredients to the restaurant’s success by leading and motivating the restaurant team to achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. Crew Leaders enthusiastically lead the Crew in delivering our ‘Customer Promise’ by providing outstanding customer service to our guests. S & F Investments Inc., is deeply committed to excellence and rewards our employees for their strong performance.

Popeyes Crew Leaders are responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant General Manager and the Crew to maintain operational standards and procedures.

CREW LEADER REPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

Motivates and leads fellow Crew Members to maintain enthusiastic customer service.

Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.

Resolves customer complaints; Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.

Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.

Follows the S & F Investments Inc uniform and grooming standards and policies.

Learns team effectiveness skills; leads and works with others to achieve team goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to supervise, train and motivate Crew Members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good math and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Previous fast food experience is a plus.

Ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.

Must have reliable transportation.

Minimum age requirements 18.
