• Network planning tasks including creating new network, setting network routing, new routing planning, new route allocation, and routes maintenance;
• Analysis end to end transmit time achievement rate and adjust abnormal route then instruction gateway to optimize.
• Keep step with headquarter network system’s updating and manage

• Operation process planning and designing;
• Assisting Operations Manager implementing the SOP
• Performing dedicated Ops projects to improve customer satisfactions and cost efficient

• Communication and coordination with Freight Forwarders, Airlines, gateway, sales, customer service and other related parties;
• Airlines, Freight Forwarders (air and ocean), and charter flights management including quote negotiations and update

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education;
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
• Strong project management, time management, analytical skills, problem solving skills, leadership and team building skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges;
• Be open to feedback and excellent at the development of positive relationships that facilitate the movement of shipments;
• Excellent MS Office skills, advanced in all major tools; advanced technical writing; 
• Fluent in English (written/verbal); Bilingual in English and Chinese is a great plus;

Pay range $25 - $30/hr
