S.E. Smith in West Rutland, VT is looking for a new employee. We are a small retail business that deals primarily in pet and agricultural feed and supplies, as well as lawn and garden. We are looking for someone who will be able to help out in the day to day running of the store. While you will be helping out with a little bit of everything, the main responsibility of the job will be working in the store’s warehouse. This includes loading customers’ vehicles, unloading deliveries, and cleaning the warehouse. You will also need to help run the POS System and assist customers. Other roles will include general maintenance and cleaning and some deliveries/pickups when needed. We are looking for someone to work 5 days a week from 8am until noon.

Requirements:

Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds

Must be able to use a dolly to move 500 pounds

Able to stand for long periods of time

Work outside in all seasons

Hours

8 to Noon
