Basic Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Realtor to join our team and represent our latest project, a stunning new condo development comprising 160 units. As a Realtor for this prestigious development, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing the unique features and benefits of these luxury condominiums, guiding buyers through the sales process, and achieving sales target. Once the building gets to 40%, the developer can move to start building. The selected realtor will be responsible for working the showroom. Units range from $1.2 -$6 Million.

Requirements:

• Valid real estate license in Florida.
• Proven track record of success in new development sales, with experience in luxury properties preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-net-worth clients (Should be upbeat and positive)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to join S&B Realty brokerage and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Salary:

• $1000/week Commission (Draw on commission until building reaches 40% sales)

100% MUST:

• Must have new build experience as a realtor
• Must be able to provide us with a resume (Developer requirement)

Note: On days where you are not working in the showroom, you will still be able to work any listing / active buyers outside of the project.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
