Responsibilities:

As an experienced server with S&B Group, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking customer orders and providing recommendations
• Effectively upselling menu items and beverages
• Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any concerns
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proven experience as a server
• Knowledge of POS systems and order processing
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications (if applicable)
