As a Product Manager for our Satellite Tracking Antennas, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and management of our satellite tracking antenna products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to define product requirements, drive product development, and ensure successful market adoption for current and next-generation products.

Other tasks – but not limited to, are:

• Map competitor landscape by conducting market research, collecting customer/market requirements, and getting insights by collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Engage in bid generation and Business Case Development
• Optimize the program schedule to include WBS, and create a resource-loaded schedule for the entire program.
• Coordinate cross-project activities, as well as formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues e.g., by driving change-, risk-, and resource management.
• Assess program performance aim to maximize ROI, and continuously develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
• Define New SKUs when needed and write configuration sheets to support new system development through the NMR process.

As our Product Manager for Tracker, your qualifications should ideally be:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or electrical, business, or similar degree but will substitute years of hands-on experience instead of education.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position.
• Ability to generate proposals and respond accordingly regarding inquiries about quotations and customer requests for solutions.
• A basic understanding of RF Theory is required.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods e.g., previous product Line/Life Cycle Management (concept to cradle to grave). Successful new product launch experience in the global marketplace is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is an advantage.

This is a full-time position, and the role is based in Concord, California. Per the requirements of 8 U.S.C 1234, any individual selected for this role must be a citizen of the United States of America, and travel up to 25-50% of the time may be required.
