We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling commercial signage solutions and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, pitch, and close deals with businesses in need of commercial signage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality signage solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the commercial signage industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
