Role Summary:We're searching for a driven Field Sales Representative to amplify our sales initiatives and broaden our impact in the California market. Ideal for those with a robust passion for motorcycles, exemplary B2B sales expertise, and the autonomy to manage territories and surpass sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Targets: Aggressively pursue and surpass regional sales targets through innovative strategies and execution.
  • B2B Relationship Mastery: Establish and deepen relationships with dealerships and retailers, enhancing our market presence.
  • Event Leadership: Lead and execute engaging pop-up demo events, providing memorable experiences for potential customers.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with the motorcycle community, participating in industry events and B2B meetings to promote our vision.
  • Innovative Sales Programs: Craft and implement strategic B2B sales programs to cultivate partnerships and escalate sales.
  • Product Ambassador: Showcase our motorcycles' superior performance and features through expert-led test rides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with proven success in deal-making and negotiations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales principles and best practices.
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
  • A genuine passion for motorcycles and excellence in customer service.
  • Possession of an active M1 license highly desirable
