Rytech Restoration of The Midlands is part of a fast growing restoration company and we are expanding! We are currently hiring in this area and looking for a Restoration Technician Assistant to become part of our team! As an entry level restoration technician assistant, you are a key team member that will be partnered with a Lead Technician. As you gain knowledge and experience in the field, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge with certifications.

Qualifications:

* Good oral and verbal communication
* Must be able to perform labor including bending, lifting, and using tools typical in demolition of structural materials.

* Must have a willingness to learn, take constructive criticism and put in the work to get the job done right.

* Must be reliable and have a good strong work ethic.

* Takes direction well but also takes initiative to start and finish work without prompting

* Attention to detail is a must.

* Must be a person who delights in helping people in their time of need

* Experience in water/fire mitigation and demo trade is a plus.

* Experience with tools is a plus.

* Will be working with a Lead technician on residential and commercial properties, experiencing water/fire and/or mold damages.

* Opportunity to train in both the water, fire and mold restoration service industry for future advancement.

* This is an entry level position.

40 hours paid time off after 6 months employment. An additional 40 hours paid time off after 1 year.
