Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst IV to join our team. As a Marketing Analyst IV, you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote our brand and drive business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of advertising sales, budgeting, WordPress, SEO, research, e-commerce, social media marketing, performance marketing, market analysis, and Google analytics.

Duties:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
- Assist in creating and managing digital content for our website and social media platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics
- Support the development of advertising materials, including print ads, brochures, and digital assets
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence and engage with followers
- Help plan and coordinate promotional events and trade shows such as NEMRA and NAED.
- Must be able to travel.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of advertising sales strategies and tactics
- Proficient in WordPress for website management
- Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines
- Excellent research skills to gather data on industry trends and competitors
- Experience with e-commerce platforms for online sales management
- Proficient in social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics tools
- Ability to conduct market analysis to identify target audiences and consumer behavior patterns
- Proficient in using Google Analytics to track website performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four - year university and 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
