Rymco LLC, an authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless, is looking for highly motivated individuals to bring aboard our award winning team as an Retail Sales Manager over our Cricket Wireless location in (Insert City & State) .
- Ideal candidates should possess the following skill sets:

- Marketing experience (preferred not required)
- Sales background (required)
- Management experience
- Ability to work 9-7 Monday-Saturday and 12:00-5:00 Sundays*
*Hours subject to change
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Hourly Plus Commission
Schedule: Monday to Friday & Weekends
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
Experience: Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

Drivers License and reliable transportation

Duties Include:
- Hiring and training staff members
- Coaching and helping build up quality staff members
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Seek, organize, and secure marketing and promotional events
- Organize and secure community involvement opportunities
- Able to motivate sales staff to achieve monthly goals
- Keep store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Stay up-to-date on cellular device knowledge and company procedures
- Plan and coordinate marketing plans and opportunities
- Build quality relationships with employees, customers, and the community
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
