The Front-of-House Supervisor supports the front-of-house operations with all staffing and vendor personnel. This position will help to supervise and coordinate venue logistics and operations for concerts, events and tours.

• Support front-of-house leadership and staff to provide a pleasant and memorable patron experience.
• Coordinate and support third-party usher staff and part-time event staff members on day of show.
• Supervise all chair set-ups and tear-downs and pre-show arrangements. Ensure chairs, stanchions, tables and correct signage is in place for every show/event. Inspect the general order and cleanliness of front-of-house areas, including inspecting windows, floors, displays and trash cans as needed.
• Ensure efficient and consistent communications between front-of-house and box office staff to provide patrons with up-to-date information.
• Work in collaboration with all departments for the overall success of shows and private events. Assist departments, clients, etc., needing operational or venue support.
• Assist in crowd control. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, artists, clients and employees as well as physical building and contents and surrounding areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 years experience in venue operations

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Experience with front-of-house operations, including ticket office and ushering
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
