Job Description
Our Ole Red Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while serving food and beverages in a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner. In this role you are expected to follow recipes for creating drinks, ensure responsible alcohol services, handle cash transactions, maintain cleanliness and assist with inventory management.

Our Ole Red Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while serving food and beverages in a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner. In this role you are expected to follow recipes for creating drinks, ensure responsible alcohol services, handle cash transactions, maintain cleanliness and assist with inventory management.
In this role you will:
- Follow established techniques and recipes to create drinks to enhance guest experience.
- Process cash and credit card transactions, and reconciling financials at the end of the shift.
- Follow company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, reporting all to the manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have strong intrapersonal and verbal communication skills
- Be a team player
- Be able to deal with the ever-so often intoxicated guest positively and safely
- Hold a State Alcohol Education Card (must have upon hire)
- Hold a State Food Handler Safety Card (must have upon hire)
- Hold A Non-Gaming Work Permit Card (must have upon hire)
