Rylyn Childcare is Hiring a Child Care Director Near Oklahoma, OK
About Us:
At Rylyn Childcare, we have 4 locations across the OKC Metro with experienced Directors- we will ensure a thorough training period to help you succeed!!
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and implementation of DHS Licensing & Stars rules and regulations
- Oversight of the overall program direction
- Staffing: hiring, training, & supervision
- Federal Food Program (CACFP) compliance and paperwork
- Comparison of DHS swipes to attendance records
Qualifications:
- Must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for experience, education and age.
- OK Director’s Credential, minimum Bronze level
- Preferred- Experience working as a Program Director at a licensed childcare center
- Must be qualified and willing to drive the company vehicles when needed
- Must be willing and able to work in any classroom as needed to meet the program’s needs and licensing requirements
- Current CPR/First Aid Training. Must maintain at least 40 hours of childcare training each year (per DHS STARS requirements)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
