We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. They will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to patrons, directly interacting with customers, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present menus
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender or similar role
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Good math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Catering or banquet experience is a plus
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
