We are looking to hire an Operator/Foreman to join our team.

As a site foreman, you will be responsible for managing typically 1-3 operators and laborers. You will be expected to document your work and keep everything on schedule.

Equipment to Operate:

• Full size size excavator
• Mini excavators
• Track loader
• Experience with moles and a directional boring machine is a plus but not required

Typical projects:

• New home excavations
• Septic replacement
• Water line replacement

Other work includes:

• Site prep
• Driveways
• Retaining walls
• Ponds
• Parking lots.

We also complete small commercial and civil projects.

Our interview may include a practical display of excavation skills on-site in our yard.

Must have at least 2 years experience as an operator.

Typical hours are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Work is mostly in Muskegon County. No overnight travel.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
