We are a prestigious marble company, specializing in high-end luxury designs for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a highly organized and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, invoicing, working inside Hubspot to coordinate our sales team, among other day to day admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing incoming and outgoing emails
• Invoicing and processing payments
• Entering data into Hubspot and keeping it up to date
• Preparing and sending out contracts to clients
• Coordinating with team members and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High energy and personable demeanor
