You might be wondering what your paycheck will look like. 

Drivers earn $1600 Weekly and it gets better 

• Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
• Daily Trip Pay: $28.14 Per Trip
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.546 per Mile with 1800 Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay: $15.56 per Stop with 20 Stops per Week
• Per Diem Pay: $55.19 per night with 2 - 4 nights per Week
• Overnights for Route in Ryder Sleeper Unit
• Sign On Bonus: Pays you $3000 at 30 days and $3000 at 90 days
• Paid Training
• Schedule: Monday - Friday Or Sunday – Friday
• Dispatch time: 8:00AM - 1:00 PM Dispatch

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800 Maintenance Facilities. 

• Deliver SOLO To: NE Region - OH, MD, VA, NJ and DE
• Route: Regional 
• Tractor Type: Automatic Super Sleeper, Refrigerators and Inverters
• Trailer Type: Flatbed 48' Conestoga
• Moffet and crane truck - must have some experience with heavy equipment or flatbed
• Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Load Securement Only – Steel

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Important Note:  Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
