We are seeking a qualified Wholesale Parts Manager to join our growing Parts team.

The Wholesale Parts Manager at Rydell Chevrolet Buick GMC is responsible for managing the wholesale parts division of our dealership in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

The Wholesale Parts Manager will oversee all aspects of the wholesale parts department, including inventory management, customer relations, and sales.

This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively lead a team and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations of the wholesale parts department, including ordering, pricing, and inventory management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make strategic decisions to drive sales and profitability
  • Generate and follow-up on sales leads to proactively expand the wholesale customer base
  • Manage a team of parts associates, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in parts technology
  • Participate in regular meetings and training opportunities to stay informed on dealership goals and initiatives
  • Follow pricing strategy guidelines set by the GM and Fixed Operations Director

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of wholesale parts management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of math, budgeting and financials
  • Strong knowledge of automotive industry and parts operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
