Ryan Smith Home Selling Team is Hiring an Outside Sales - Account Executive Near Temple, TX

  • Looking to break into the real estate industry? We are looking for talent NOT experience.
  • We have more quality leads than we can handle and therefore, we need you!
  • Potentially earn 5X the average realtor.
  • We provide unmatched support and invest heavily in marketing.
  • We offer a guaranteed home sales program within 90 days. If the home does not sell in 90 days we will sell the home for FREE.
  • Spend most of your time doing what you love - converting leads, selling, and making money.
Compensation:

$85,000 commission only

Responsibilities:
  • Follow-up on all leads in a timely manner
  • Discover the needs/wants of the buyers, find homes that match their criteria, and show the homes to your buyers
  • Network to find more sales opportunities and contact your "Center of Influence" (social networks, friends, family, etc.)
  • Be the expert in all things real estate and trusted advisor
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about selling
  • Obtain a TX real estate license
  • Strong money motivation
  • Works well in a self-directed manner
