Job Profile
RxAnte is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support client- and health plan member-facing marketing efforts under the RxAnte and Mosaic Pharmacy Service brands.
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Director and will engage in regular cross-team collaboration with members of other teams, including but not limited to Sales, Client Services, Product, and Mosaic Pharmacy Service to bring marketing campaigns and projects to fruition. Strong copyediting and copywriting skills are a necessity. Familiarity with CRM management and experience in digital advertising (e.g., Facebook and Google Ads) are desired.
Job Responsibilities:
RxAnte’s Marketing Specialist responsibilities include:
- Create compelling content for the RxAnte and Mosaic brands, adapting as needed to suit each format, platform and desired audience
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring/optimization of B2B outreach efforts, including providing support for business development and lead generation
- Collaborate in development of plan member-facing (B2C) messaging and outreach tactics for Mosaic Pharmacy Service
- Perform other marketing/communication tasks as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing/communications or equivalent past experience
- 3-5 years of marketing experience; ideal candidate will have some experience in healthcare or health technology
- Copyediting certification a plus
