Job Purpose

RWS are looking to hire an experienced and talented Quality Assurance Lead. You will work as part of a distributed agile team leading the development of one of RWS’s internal systems. As a system that is constantly evolving you will be a key member of its functional enhancement and its technical evolution. As the QA Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the application meets and exceeds the quality standards expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring the QA team
• Developing and implementing QA processes, methodologies and standards
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of test plans
• Ensuring the quality of the application delivered to the business.
• Reporting bugs and defects
• Reporting progress to key stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Experience leading and mentoring QA teams
• Deep knowledge of both manual and automated testing tools and techniques
• Knowledge of test automation scripting for both functional and load testing
• Knowledge of common testing tools (Test Rail, Azure DevOps, Selenium)
• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational and reporting skills
