The RWJBarnabas Health Talent Acquisition and Innovation CoE is seeking a Per Diem Sourcer to join our Allied Health recruitment team. The Sourcer will support recruitment and talent pipelining efforts for all health system facilities. This is a hybrid work opportunity with flexibility to attend hiring events, school fairs, networking events, and conferences as required.
The Opportunity:
The Sourcer is part of the Talent Acquisition & Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) for the RWJBarnabas Health system responsible for finding candidates for open positions in their respective region and building a talent pipeline to meet hiring goals. They work closely with Talent Partners and qualify new candidates and verify their interest. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Innovation of their respective region, this role will contribute to business needs by handling the talent sourcing processes.
