Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Float Pool Department at the New Brunswick campus.
RWJ University Hospital is the primary teaching hospital of the RWJ Barnabas health system and is one of just three Level 1 trauma centers in the state. This academic medical center is renowned for outstanding clinical quality and committed to delivering exceptional care. Our staff is dedicated to providing safe, high-quality care to all patients. Additionally, RWJ University Hospital has received the Magnet designation 6 times, reinforcing the culture of nursing excellence within the hospital. Nurses in our float pool are highly valued, as they are able to provide extraordinary care to patients across all populations, including trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology. Nurses in the float pool demonstrate nursing expertise, flexibility, resilience, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and teamwork. Float pool nurses have proven to be a valuable resource, and we are increasing the size of our team to continue to provide our units with expert nurses.
