JOB SUMMARY:

Trinitas offers world-class expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of renal disease. Our renal program is designated with a 5-star rating through CMS for excellence in patient care. Our physicians and staff offer years of experience and operate out of three locations that are convenient for area residents. We emphasize expert diagnosis, treatment and early intervention for those at greatest risk.
To better serve our patients, all three Trinitas dialysis facilities have achieved 5-Diamond status through the Quality Insights Renal Network 3. The 5-Diamond Patient Safety Program was developed as an innovative training and recognition program to assist dialysis providers in increasing awareness and building a culture of safety among patients.
As a Registered Nurse in our Renal Services Program, you will have the opportunity to get to know your patients and their families on a deeper level. You will influence the lives of our patients and their families on a daily basis by delivering the highest quality care to people with renal and other chronic conditions.

EDUCATION:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• ADN/BSN Degree

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current and active New Jersey RN licensure is required.
• Experience with Dialysis Inpatient/Out Patient preferred.
• One year plus of Hemodialysis preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS through American Heart Association)
• Successful Completion of all Orientation requirements of RWJ Barnabas Health Trinitas.
