Job Overview:
The RN will provide 9-1-1 Advanced Life Support and Specialty Care Transport services for patients of all ages in the areas that we serve.
Qualifications:
Required:
RN licensed by the State of NJ
1 year minimum of ICU/CCU/ED experience, 2 years preferred
AHA Basic Life Support
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support
EMT-B
A valid driver's license in the state of residence meets our standards

Now as the largest unified EMS provider in the state, RWJBH EMS serves as the system-wide EMS Division for the RWJBarnabas Health. Achieved by unifying and growing the previously established divisions including RWJ Mobile Health Services (New Brunswick, Somerset, and Hamilton), Rahway MICU, and Jersey City Medical Center EMS.

We are a comprehensive EMS division that provides basic life support (BLS), advanced life support (ALS), specialty care transport (SCT), EMS communications, EMS and trauma education, community outreach, injury prevention education, and EMS disaster response and education. As the largest EMS provider in the state and one of the largest in the country, RWJBH EMS treats and transports more than 120,000 patients annually.
