Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a qualified full-time Therapist II in Somerville, NJ

Qualifications:

Required:

* Masters degree from an accredited school of Social Work or Counseling degree from an accredited school, PhD from an accredited college or university

* Excellent customer satisfaction skills

* Two years or more years job related clinical experience

Preferred:

* Preferred qualifications include minimum of one year of clinical experience is a mental health setting,

Certifications and Licenses Required:

* NJ State licensure, LCSW, LPC is preferred, LSW, LAC is acceptable depending on experience

Scheduling Requirements

* Day Shift, 40 hours/week

* Full Time Schedule

Essential Functions:

* Provide assessment, prevention/intervention, education, treatment and discharge services to adult psychiatric patients and their families,

* The clinician will also actively participate in Department specific and hospital wide activities to ensure regulatory compliance enhance program development and quality improvement,

* Additionally the clinician will engage in community outreach, professional associations and marketing activities,
