Job Summary:

The Psychologist will join the Multiple Sclerosis Care Center practice based in Livingston providing therapeutic sessions to children adolescent and adult patient population.

Essential Functions:

• Provide direct clinical services to clients through one on one and group sessions
• Make assessments on client presenting problems and disorders and provide diagnosis
• Create treatment plans specially tailored to the client utilizing a variety of techniques
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to evaluate all contributing factors, such as medical and physical condition of clients
• Measure progress and effectiveness of treatment and adjust as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation of sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of clients treatment and records in accordance with HIPPA

Job Requirements:

• PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology
• Unrestricted NJ license
• A minimum of 2 years of experience hands on practice in a client-focused environment working with children adolescent and adult patients
• A track record of success working in an environment of collaboration transparency mutual respect and shared passion for excellence and innovation
• The ability to plan organize prioritize daily tasks and work with minimal supervision
• The ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
