RWJBarnabas Health is Hiring a LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER- DAY-FT- Case Management Acute Care Near Elizabeth, NJ

JOB SUMMARY
- As a Social worker in Trinitas, you will provide frontline services to patients with conditions spanning the entire health care continuum. As an essential member of the interdisciplinary team, you will work in concert with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to sensitize other health care providers to the social and emotional aspects of a patient's illness. Utilizing your case management skills, you will help patients and their families address and resolve the social, financial and psychological problems related to their health condition.
Educational Skills Required (Degree(s), Certification(s), License, etc.)
- Master's degree in Social Work (M.S.W.) from an accredited School of Social Work; New Jersey State Social Work Licensure (L.S.W. or L.C.S.W.). Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Work Experience Required
- Hospital experience strongly preferred; good communication and writing skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
