Qualifications

• Experience in the Healthcare Industry, specifically in the area of corporate partnerships and physician relationships
• 8 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
• Masters Degrees in related field preferred

Responsibilities and Attributes

• Experience in designing partnership structures, negotiating terms, and aligning contract agreements to map to business objectives
• In coordination with Marketing, establish outreach strategies to corporations in and around Hudson County to establish learning and supportive services for leaders and employees of those corporations
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and set strategy
• Ability to balancing multiple competing priorities, stay organized, and focused on achieving the most important objectives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and driving comprehensive growth partnership strategy, cultivating relationships with key industry players, and leading the growth partnerships team
• Establish, manage, grow relationships that support operations with key partners, including ones that drive access to primary care and specialty care physicians
• Support outreach and marketing of new physicians and services to referring providers and business partners
• Work closely with Service Line leaders across the Health System on growth plans and strategies
• Identify and assess prospective key partners that align with our strategic business goals and vision, evaluating their potential for impactful collaborations that help us achieve our objectives
