Job Summary:
OB technicians in hospitals provide support with patient care services by providing assistance during deliveries, keeping records and examining patients. OB technicians are responsible for ordering supplies, and pre and post set up of the operating room. They ensure cleanliness and efficiency in labor and delivery wards by keeping rooms prepared and monitoring patient health. OB techs are organized and understand how to operate and clean various types of equipment.

Educational Skills Required (Degree(s), Certification(s), License, etc.):

• High School Diploma or GED
• Documentation of successful completion of related OR technical education course
• At least six months of OR work experience required 

Hours:
11pm-7:30am (20 hours a week)
