Experienced Assistant Director of Patient Care for our 2D Telemetry Unit

We are currently seeking someone that can help us attain our mission statement; to advance the quality of life and health of our community. The ideal candidate will drive our vision of being the premier health care provider, fully committed to ensuring quality and compassionate care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or matriculating.
• Current New Jersey licensure required & BLS required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years Acute Care experience required with management or Charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities include assisting the Director in managing the unit with staff schedules, evaluations, discipline & QI. This position is part staff and part management.
