RWJBarnabas Health is Hiring an Administrative Supervisor Near Livingston, NJ

Job Overview:

Responsible for planning, managing, implementing, and evaluating the operations of the Department of Case Management, which includes oversight of effective resource utilization and the provision of high quality and excellent care. Work in collaboration with administration and physician leadership to establish measurable standards and outcomes. Oversee nurse case management and social work services. Ensure continued development of the program to improve organization performance and to enhance provision of services.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • New Jersey Registered Nurse OR Licensed Social Worker
  • Case Management Certification ACM, CCM to be completed within 12 months of hire

Preferred:

  • Master s Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or comparable field
  • For Social Work, LCSW

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift Working: Friday-Sunday
  • Day Shift, 8:00AM-8:00PM (Hours Negotiable)
  • Full Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
