JOB SUMMARY:

Assists Practice Administrator and Regional Manager and Director in the oversight of the daily operations of the assigned practice site. Serves as practice lead for PB Radiology matters and escalates to resolution as appropriate. Assists senior management, Providers, and internal Medical Group departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations in the standardization of best practices and processes. Takes initiative to improve both processes and outcomes, incorporating best practices, and innovations in the professional field. Manages department resources to meet strategic objectives. Partners with Revenue Cycle Team, CBO Billing, and Compliance to maximize revenues. Leads the implementation of new and revised institutional initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in a primary care or specialty setting, required
• Minimum of two years of experience as a supervisor, preferred
• Knowledge and experience in patient registration, billing, management of front-end staffing settings
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EHR Systems and software applications
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
