Responsible for providing Nursing care to the oncology/hematology patient. Administering injections, Iron infusions, blood transfusions, and monitoring patient's responses. Also, responsible for care of venous access devices.
EDUCATION:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current New Jersey Professional Nurse License.
- Ability to perform all competencies of the position is required for employment in the position.
- ONS Chemotherapy administration certification required.
- One full year RN experience required.
- Hospital oncology experience strongly preferred.
