What Will You Be Doing?

As an integral member of our team, you will evaluate patients psychotherapeutic needs, perform psychological testing, and provide psychotherapy for our outpatient populations as needed.

* Performing complete psycho-diagnostic evaluations and Identify realistic goals for psychotherapy

* Providing effective individual, family and group psychotherapy

* Attending program development and case conferences for patients treated or evaluated

* Understanding developmental needs of patient when planning and implementing treatments

* Obtaining and interpreting patient s behavior based on an understanding of cognitive, bio-psychosocial and aging processes

* Providing in-services to staff and community agencies as necessary

* Supervising staff, fellows, interns and externs as needed

What Do You Need?

* PhD, PsyD, or EdD, and a least 1 year job related experience.

* NJ State License

* 1 years of children and/or adolescent experience

* Experience with cognitive behavioral modification

* AHA BLS Provider Certification

* Valid driver s license

* Experience working with children/teens on the Autism spectrum

* Standard battery testing experience preferred

* Ability to relate therapeutically with the professional team, children, adolescents and their parents/significant others

* Partial remote includes after school/evening hours (ex: 4-7pm)

* PSY testing experience and Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
