Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions on our websites, including Healthline.com
• Develop using modern technologies including ReactJS, Next.js, AWS services, and more
• Follow Agile methodologies for rapid execution and iteration
• Ensure high quality deliverables by participating in code reviews
• Contribute well-written code and technical documentation
• Optimize the performance, scalability, security, and SEO of our applications
• Learn and develop your skills as a software engineer

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years building and supporting web applications
• Experience with website development using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
• Experience with modern a web application stack like ReactJS and Next.js
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs using JavaScript middleware
• Familiarity with developing for and deploying to a cloud platform like AWS
• Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders like Webpack

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $97,500 - $130,000 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
