Our StayWELL Caregiving Services provide non-medical at-home personal care and household assistance to help you retain independence and live safely, comfortably, and joyfully at home’ or wherever you reside.

StayWELL caregivers are carefully matched to your individual needs and preferences, bringing expert care and your loved ones' peace of mind.

Available 365 days annually, for short- or long-term durations, our caregivers serve 28 communities in Connecticut. Each caregiver completes a rigorous screening process to become an RVNAhealth employee, and is a licensed, experienced certified nursing assistant or home health aide.

All of our caregivers work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and occupational therapist who develop and monitor the plan of care.

Responsibilities :

Assist the patient with activities of daily living; Assist with dressing, eating, etc.

Assist ambulation with cane, walker or wheelchair

Prepare meals and special diets as directed; May assist with meal planning

Perform light housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a safe environment; Change bed linen

Light cleaning of patient's living area

Laundering essential to the comfort and cleanliness of patient

The Caregiver will be trained to recognize changes in : skin condition, behavior or overall condition of the patient to the registered nurse or other appropriate skilled agency professional.

To perform all required services consistently as ordered.

Will perform other duties as assigned.
