RV Park Management is Hiring a Front Office Assistant Near Buda, TX

RV Park Front Office Assistant

RV Park Management (“RVPM”) is a property management company in the RV park industry. Our goal is to provide outstanding RV park management support and services, assist park proprietors, implement solid solutions for RV park owners. We strive to grow park revenue, while keeping our eye on improving the bottom line. We serve our clients by serving our guests and teammates. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and efficient front office assistant to join our team at the brand-new Buda Place RV Resort just south of Austin in Buda, TX. This is a brand-new high amenity park, just over a year in operation. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries and complaints, and support the daily operations of our park. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be familiar with the RV life experience, and have a passion for providing excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs.
  • Monitor bookings, process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our reservation system.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front office.
  • Provide guests with information about the park amenities, activities, and local attractions.
  • Assist with park store, laundry facilities, and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to all park policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working familiarity with MS Office, Teams, email, and reservation software, and comfortable learning new technology.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, including reservations systems, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
