As an RV Outfitter, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and closing sales deals. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, meet or exceed sales targets, and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend products based on those needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide product education
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales contracts
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Attend industry trade shows and events to build product knowledge and network with potential customers

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
